Booking conditions

- Cancellations must be made before 12pm (12:00 hours CET / GMT +1:00) 2 days prior to your first reserved night at Hostel Strowis.

- Cancellation Policy:

For our flexible/refundable rate the guest can cancel free of charge until 2 days before the arrival date. The guest will be charged 100% of the total price of the reservation if they cancel later than 2 days before arrival.

- No-show policy:

In the event of no-show the hostel has the right to charge 100% of the total price of the reservation in accordance with Strowis terms and conditions.

- Check-in from 17:00 (5 p.m.) until 23:59 (11.59 p.m.)
